and receipt of the registration form. However, such solicited invitations will
not offer any financial commitment, such as registration, travel and hotel accommodation

persons entering India must have a valid passport. All must approach the respective
Indian Embassy in their own countries directly for issuance of visas. If requested
by a participant, an official invitation letter will be sent by the organizing
