| Ankle
and foot injuries constitute of about 10 - 15% of all sports
related problems. Various factors including shoe, surface,
training factors, previous injuries etc. have been implicated
as the risk factors of these injuries. The present study intends
to study the prevalence of ankle and foot injury and the association
of various risk factors among football players. Sample consisted
of 250 football players of age group 15 - 30 yrs. A Pre-structured
questionnaire was administered to obtain the data. |
